Prompt #6: Why do you believe this judgement should be reversed?
I was led into a false statement by an admin, Jude Mathis, as I was dealing with multiple members of the server constantly attacking me from within the spawn and outside, constantly attacking as soon as I take a warp or a teleporter. As I was saying I was explicitly refraining from stating my intentions AND knowing the results should I had voiced them, I get led around by the nose by said staff member.

After discussing with the staff member who punished you, it came down to this:

1. You were suspected of being under the influence.
2. It's a video game server, you are bound to get attacked by the enemy team, and spawn camping is allowed (there are multiple exits from spawn for a reason.)
3. You said along the lines of "hurt someone out of federal jurisdiction"
4. The staff member asked multiple times to clarify that you had said that and you had then muted them client-side.

So, the idea that you were "led" into saying what you said is invalid.
Seeing as how there are only 10 hours remaining on your punishment, I'm sure you can wait to speak again.
