Accepted Medi Gun Healing Through Boxing Ring

I believe you have seen this yourself but if not, I stumbled upon being able to heal participants inside of the ring but from the outside, where you are not stripped to melee using a Medi Gun. Although I am positive this works with any type of Medi Gun I was using the Quick Fix during it.

To prioritize fairness among both teams and all players collectively, this should be removed as it hinders the experience players have on the server dueling-wise.

Unfortunately, this is a known bug, and a fix to this is already in v196.
