Appeal accepted for the following reasons:

1. Policy regarding banning for sprays has since changed, we now simply remove your ability to spray on the servers instead of banning you. Regardless, instantly permabanning for sprays instead of doing such after multiple bans is very uncommon.
2. Time served (~7 years!)
3. Putting the time in to appeal (even if it wasn't a very long appeal)

Ban lifted, but spray ban applied. Welcome back.
