As replacement for the Donator Room's old rocket spawning area, you could possibly make this section into small a living room/lounge space.

Here are some furniture and items that could be included, keep in mind that these are only examples and not all need to be included:

• Chairs/couches
• Chair-side Tables with mugs or drinking glasses on them
• A fireplace
• Framed pictures or paintings on the walls

For reference this is the specific area I am mentioning:

It honestly just feels like a purposeless and bland area at this moment but with consideration and design, this could be changed into a more decorated area that gives off the classic Neonheights TF2 style we all know and love.
