PLUGIN Donator Command Mass-Change [May 4th, 2014]

Change List:
- Removed Beacon for all donator classes
- Removed Msay, Tsay, and Hsay for U-Donator and up.
- Added Outline for B-Donator and up
- Added Extra Double Jumps for B-Donator and up
- Be the Skeleton has now been moved to a B-Donator command
- Added King Skeleton Spawning/Slaying for U-Donator and up
- Added Fake Item for U-Donator and up
- Added Fake Lose for U-Donator and up
- Added Fake Craft for U-Donator and up
- Added Fake Achievement for U-Donator and up
- Added Be the Ghost for S-Donator and up
- Added Be the Gift for S-Donator and up (please use friendly mode when toggling this command)

Maybe more to come, but thats all for today.

PS. I had reports of the duel plugin not working properly for some donators, I have looked into the issue and I believe its fixed on all servers. However, let me know if you see the plugin bugging out

PPS. The say commands were removed because they are hard to regulate/monitor, and players were contacting me because they hated seeing donators spam stupid shit in the msay box like trade offers and stuff. I replaced the commands with multiple other commands to make up for it
