First, link your Steam account with your discord account. Only then should you DM an admin or above, so they can update your role.
If you paid via PayPal, simply notify staff members in our Discord and your rank will be updated shortly after. If you donated via keys, you must wait for NeonHeights to accept the trade.

No. You must either pay directly in the price for keys, or using PayPal. No exceptions.
